Central Irrigation and Power Board, New Delhi has invited applications for Post Graduate Diploma Course (PGDC) and Post Diploma Course (PGC) in Thermal Power Plant Engineering. Both courses are of 52 weeks. By doing these courses, you can get special technical knowledge related to thermal power plant. Essential Qualification
PGDC: B.E. AMIE or equivalent degree in BSc (Engg.) / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / EC / Power Engg. Or Engineering Graduate with one year work experience
PGC: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering Diploma with 1 year work experience. The age limit is 27 years in PGDC and 26 years in PGC.
There is no age limit for sponsored applicants. How will be the selection? The main basis of selection in GDC will be the scores of tenth, twelfth, BE or equivalent or the score of GATE exam. There are a total of 60 seats in this course and this course will start from october month.
